Stephen Gibson
Founder and CTOStephen founded entitledto in 2000 and is responsible for the design and functionality of entitledto's website and products. He is a professional web application designer with over 30 years experience, in the aerospace, banking, welfare and pharmaceutical sectors. Stephen has extensive experience of a range of web-based technologies and infrastructure with expert knowledge of Server and database technologies.

Dr Phil Agulnik
Product DevelopmentPhil is responsible for the entitlement rule-base that underlies entitledto's website and products. He has worked as an economist in the Department for Work and Pensions, HM Treasury, the Financial Services Authority and in academia. He has a PhD from the London School of Economics on social security policy.

Nicki Duckworth
Customer RelationsNicki has extensive experience working in benefits and local taxation spanning over 20 years. She holds the Technician professional qualification from the Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation (IRRV) and uses her expertise to look after the content of the calculators while also providing customer support to entitledto clients.

Liza Keys
Business Development and FinanceLiza has worked in the public sector for over 15 years delivering service improvements and managing change across a range of large complex organisations. This experience helps her ensure that both new and existing entitledto clients are provided with the right calculator to suit their needs and those of their clients'.

Karen Holmes
Software Development and TestingKaren works on entitledto's content and product development. She has a BSc (Hons) in Social Policy and has extensive knowledge of the benefit system and welfare reform gained over 10 years specialising in welfare benefits.

Wendy Alcock
CommunicationsWendy takes care of entitledto’s communications with its business clients, public website users and responds to enquiries from the press. With a background in consumer policy she also deals with the organisation’s campaign work.

Customer RelationsFiona is the administrator, supporting her colleagues and compiling databases for the use of the Client Managers and for marketing purposes. Her background is in High Street Banking and Local Government.

Scott McKinven
Client SupportOver the last 20 years Scott has acquired a wealth of business experience in both the public and private sectors. Most recently he has led and developed a range of products and services helping Clarion Housing residents who are financially or digitally excluded. He now uses his expert knowledge to further support entitledto's Social Housing Clients.
